A complete operating model

People, procedures, aircraft and data—connected.

A sustainable drone program is more than buying equipment. We help connect regulatory requirements, trained personnel, safe workflows and useful deliverables.

01

Build an internal capability

Define roles, select aircraft and payloads, create operating procedures, train crews and establish records for repeatable operations.

02

Deploy a managed service

Engage CPA for scoped projects or recurring missions when you need qualified people, operational planning and decision-ready outputs.

Operational solutions

Designed around the decision you need to make

Every engagement starts with the business outcome, then works backward to the right mission, sensor, approvals, collection plan and deliverable.

Enterprise questions

Plan with clarity

Can CPA help us establish an internal drone program?

Yes. The engagement can cover operating concepts, roles, aircraft and payload selection, procedures, records, training pathways and recurring readiness activities.

Can you operate missions for us instead?

Yes. Managed operations can be scoped as a single project or recurring service, subject to the location, aircraft, personnel, airspace, permissions and risk controls required for the operation.

Do your inspection services replace engineers or certified inspectors?

No. CPA can collect and organize high-quality aerial evidence. Regulated interpretation, diagnosis, certification or engineering conclusions remain with the appropriately qualified professional.

Can you train teams for Level 1 Complex operations?

CPA is fully Level 1 Complex qualified and has in-house flight reviewers. A program is tailored to each organization’s intended operations, personnel and aircraft.

Bring us the operational problem

We’ll help design the drone solution.

Share your site, asset, data need or program goal. CPA will help determine the right next step and whether training, advisory support or managed operations fit best.
