Required Advanced Operations or Level 1 Complex Operations flight review, booked separately from either training programme for $500 plus applicable taxes. CPA’s qualified in-house flight reviewer confirms candidate eligibility, required documents, suitable aircraft and approved site and operational conditions before scheduling.

Transport Canada examination and certificate fees are separate. Passing the applicable examination and flight review and meeting all other Transport Canada requirements are necessary for the relevant certificate; a review booking or course completion does not itself issue a certificate or authorize operations.

Dates depend on reviewer, equipment and approved-site availability. Send cancellations or rescheduling requests in writing. At least seven calendar days’ notice allows one complimentary rescheduling; 72 hours to seven days may incur an administrative fee; less than 72 hours or failure to attend may forfeit the session. Exceptions require CPA approval. Safety or operational postponements by CPA are rescheduled without a rescheduling fee.
