Cessna 172K aircraft time for approved renters. If you are not a CPA student, a 2.5-hour checkout with a CPA instructor is required for insurance before independent rental. Aircraft and instructor time for the checkout are charged at the posted rates; rental remains subject to CPA approval.
- Aircraft $254.25 per flight hour, tax inclusive
- Instructor $101.70 per instructional hour, tax inclusive
- Non-student checkout: 2.5 hours with an instructor
